Farm by the sea

Just a few minutes from the turquoise Ionian Sea, approximately 8 kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Southern Apulia and less than 3 kilometers from the picturesque historic town of Maruggio, lies this unique private farm with an inimitable atmosphere of true Italian summer. The popular seaside resort of Campomarino is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

The entire area, spanning 13,000 m², is enclosed by a massive stone wall approximately 700 meters long, and access to the property is provided by a large wooden gate. The farm offers absolute privacy, tranquility, and security. Additionally, the entire property is monitored by a CCTV system with 15 cameras.

The dominant features of the farm are mature pine trees, which create pleasant shade and a unique atmosphere of a Mediterranean oasis. It is among them that the main relaxation area of the entire complex was created – a large chill-out zone connected to a 10 × 5 meter saltwater pool.

The farm currently offers accommodation for up to 10 people in three separate wooden structures:

• the first house offers two double beds and accommodation for 4 people,
• the second wooden structure, approximately 23 m² (6.3 × 3.7 m), features a small living area and two separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people,
• the third smaller house is designed for 2 people.

The entire complex is complemented by a separate outdoor bathroom, which is completely enclosed and comfortably designed for normal functioning throughout the season.

The farm also features an extensive animal zone measuring approximately 2,500 m², home to geese, peacocks, ducks, turkeys, and pigs. The entire place thus gives an authentic rural impression and offers genuine contact with nature.

Another great advantage is the rear, currently unused part of the plot, measuring approximately 3,000 m². This area currently houses three caravans serving as storage spaces, but the space offers potential for example for building additional wooden structures, glamping tents, or expanding the entire farm.

A huge benefit is also the fact that the farm manager lives on the neighboring property and takes care of the entire complex. Thanks to this, the farm is looked after even in your absence, which significantly facilitates operation and potential rental.

The property has very interesting investment potential. The farm is rented out for approximately €2,000 per week during the summer season, so it can serve not only as a private sanctuary in Southern Italy but also as a profitable holiday property.
