Originally from Ostrava, heart set on Puglia. Since 2019 he has split his time between the Czech Republic and Maruggio, where his family lives. He knows the local environment inside out and handles all communication with landowners, authorities, and notary offices directly on your behalf.
Martin Priečko
Originally from Žilina, Slovakia, he currently lives and works in the Czech Republic — in Ostrava and Prague. With over 11 years of experience in construction, he manages the complete build and renovation process from design to final delivery. The expertise gained running a Czech construction firm now extends to Italy, where he oversees project execution.
Barbora Možiešíková
With 13 years in real estate and three years of life in Italy, she knows exactly how to close a deal successfully. Originally from Ostrava, she is now your personal guide through the purchase.
