You fill in a short form and Bára will get back to you right away. We find out exactly what you're looking for and invite you to a personal meeting. If we're a good fit, you pay a fully refundable deposit of €2,000 and then we simply fly to Italy together, finalise everything, and sign at the notary.

Not at all — we handle everything in your language. We work in the region with a long-standing, trusted notary whose office translates and interprets all documents. No language barriers, no bureaucratic headaches.

It's entirely up to you — you can pay cash, use a bank loan from your home country, or mix the two. Bára will discuss the best option with you and arrange complete financing on your side. You won't need to deal with Italian banks at all.
