We offer a recreational plot of land with an area of 2,200 m² featuring olive trees, located in a beautiful area near the town of Maruggio, approximately 5 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea.

A major advantage of this property is its location in the so-called “Europian Street,” where several other foreign owners already own nearby plots. The area therefore offers a pleasant community atmosphere while still providing plenty of privacy among the olive groves.

The plot is intended primarily for recreational use. It is possible to place a caravan, glamping tent, tiny house, or another mobile structure that is not permanently attached to the ground. This allows the property to be used almost immediately without complicated building permits.

Water is supplied by tanker delivery into a storage tank on the property. The cost of delivering approximately 7,000 liters of water is around €40–50. Electricity can be provided through a modern solar system with battery storage. We are able to supply and install all of these technologies on a turnkey basis according to the client’s wishes.

Our services also include the design and construction of wooden houses, tiny houses, pergolas, outdoor seating areas, barbecue zones, or complete recreational facilities. We cooperate with both Czech and Italian construction companies and assist clients from the initial design all the way to the final realization.

Another major advantage is that the plot is fully fenced — partly with traditional stone blocks made from local tufo stone and partly with wire fencing, ensuring both privacy and security.
